Beginner Pole: What's Next?
So you've completed a Beginners Pole 8 week course for the first time and you may be wondering, what's next? Well, quite a lot! Now you've finished the course you can go into any of our 'open level' pole dance courses; Noughty Pole, Steel Stilettos or Slut'Ography.
If tricks and techniques are more your focus you can, and this is always my suggestion, repeat Beginners Pole again. For your safety there are several prerequisites to go into Beginners 2; an invert on one side and being close on the other, a full pole climb on one side and close on the other, fluid beginners spins and and knowing the names of the spins and tricks. If you haven't mastered all of that in one attempt at Beginners don't worry, when you do only one pole course a term that's only 8 hours of pole in a term!
Beginners 2 Pole
Prerequisites: Invert on one of two sides, a full pole climb on one side and close on the other, fluid beginners spins and and knowing the names of the spins and tricks.
*Hot tip* Feeling ready to move up? Enrol in a beginners and a beginners 2 course in a term to really see results.
